Training That Lasts Returns and Refunds Policy

We want to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your training experience at Training That Lasts. Please carefully read our policy to understand your options for returns and refunds.

Scheduling a Deposit for Board and Training or Behavioral Consultation

  • A deposit is required to secure your scheduled Board and Training session or behavioral consultation.
  • Deposits are refundable if you reschedule your session at least 72 hours before the originally scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
  • Rescheduling appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled session can be subject to lose of deposit.
  • To reschedule or cancel, please contact us.
 

Group Training Events

  • All sales for Group Training Events are final. Refunds are not available.
  • Tickets for Group Training Events are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us at info@trainingthatlasts.com at least 24 hours before the event of any ticket transfers.

How to Request a Refund

  • Please submit your refund request in writing to info@trainingthatlasts.com Include your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original form of payment.
 

Limitations

  • Refunds may not be available if you have significantly used or accessed the training materials.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we suspect abuse of this policy.
