Training That Lasts provides private and group dog training lessons, board and train programs, and online dog training resources. Our dog training services (the “Training Services”) are provided in-person at locations within The United States of America as well as online through video conferencing.

You may only use our Website and Services only as permitted by applicable law. Your use of our Website does not grant you ownership of or license to any content or materials on our Website.

The Company may terminate your license to access and use the Website at any time for any reason. Certain restrictions apply to your use of our Website, such as prohibitions on resale of Services, violations of intellectual property rights, and damage to the Website. Payments and Fees

By submitting payment information, you represent that you have authorization to use the payment method provided. We use third-party payment processors and do not directly handle or store full credit card information. Use of third-party payment processing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to this policy.

All fees for Services are non-refundable once those Services have been provided by us or access has been given to related materials. We require at least 48 hours advance notice to reschedule any lessons or evaluations – failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of any fees paid for that session.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

For custom training programs only, you may cancel within 48 hours of signing up for that program to receive a full refund of fees paid. To request cancellation, please contact us at tyler@trainingthatlasts.com. After 48 hours, no refunds will be provided once custom training program Services have commenced.

Changes and Updates

We reserve the right to update, amend, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect immediately and apply moving forward from the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Website or Services constitutes agreement and acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. You should review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.
