Frank was born a Hoosier Canine which means he is a well-bred, properly socialized puppy. Every puppy at Hoosier Canines goes through early neurological stimulation exercise’s helping them adapt to new and unusual situations they might encounter throughout their lifetime. They have a big play area where they can run and interact with each other.
